去る12月、ハノイの国際交流基金を会場に約一ヶ月間行われたアートプロジェクト
「Skylines With Flying People」の福岡報告会を行います。
空間デザインを担当した野田からのプロジェクトについての紹介、
日本人アーティストとして参加した田村友一郎氏の映像作品上映など。

現地での制作を通じて感じたことや驚いたこと、
ベトナム人アーティストとの協働の様子や未だ厳しい美術検閲の状況、
そのような中で行われた本プロジェクトとは何だったのか、
などについても話し合えたらと思います。

他の日本からの参加作家 宮田君平氏と服部浩之氏、今回のプロジェクトの主宰者であり、
昨年の福岡アジア美術館レジデンスアーティストでもあるグエン・フォン・リン氏とも、
Google hangout 等でつなぎます。

Now, konya2023 organizer Tsuneo Noda is participating in multiplex projects on contemporary art "Skylines With Flying People" in Hanoi, VIetnam.  The main curator of the project is Nguyen Phuong Linh, vietnamese artist / curator.  Last year, she visited konya2023 during her stay in Fukuoka Asian Art Museum as a residence artist. Then she got to know Noda and exchange ideas each other. In this project, Noda designs total space for artists like studio, exhibition space, open-air theater etc.

Skylines With Flying People is multiplex projects on contemporary art in which art

practitioners collectively work for achieving one primal mission: To explore the alternative methods of art-creation and team-working.

Curated by Nguyen Phuong Linh, various projects will go on simultaneously, ranging

from renovation of space, open-studios & exhibitions, performances to artist talks and documentation of the whole projects.

One of the highlights in this event is the open-studio project. With this widely known

method in the world but rarely practiced in Vietnam, around 10 participating artists will stay and work at each "dream-come-true" studio constructed in the Japan Foundation to present archives of past works as well as "work-in-progress" works. For those enthusiastic visitors, you can enjoy conversations with each artist to know further about their inspirations for creating arts, as well as to discuss about future creative plans.

The other side of the highlight is the exclusively constructed studios for the participating artists. Tsuneo Noda, a first-grade architect from Japan and the successful creator renovating old buildings into sustainable collective studios for all kinds of creators in Japan, will smartly renovate existing rooms and cleverly construct structures in the Japan Foundation, to realize the ideal studios which the participating artists discuss about and dreamed to work at.

We do hope that the uniquely constructed studios will become stimulating platforms to inspire not only the involved art practitioners but also all the visitors to communicate each other and exchange ideas and thoughts on contemporary arts in Vietnam.

現在紺屋2023の代表野田がハノイのアートプロジェクト

「Skylines With Flying People」に参加しています。　

昨年福岡アジア美術館でのレジデンス中に紺屋2023を訪れたベトナム人アーティスト 

グエン・フオン・リンさんの招きで実現したもので、

福岡からはアーティストの宮田君平さんも参加しています。

日本とベトナムの若手作家計11組が参加する滞在制作・交流展で、

ハノイにある国際交流基金を会場に開催されます。

野田による「場」の改装から始まり、ベトナム人アーティストを中心に約10名が

施設内に作られたスタジオで公開滞在制作を行います。

その他にトーク、パフォーマンス、展覧会、なども開催され、

日本とベトナムの現代アート関係者が約1ヶ月にわたって交流を行う、

実験的かつ今までに例のないプロジェクトとなっています。

また、レセプションブースの隣には、ハノイのアーティストによるプロダクトとともに、

「東北九州プロジェクト」の一部の商品も展示・販売します。
